During the shoot
Your photo is sent over TLS to our backend, which forwards it to our AI inference partner.
After delivery
The finished headshots are saved in our database tied to your shoot id. We don't store your source photo — it's forwarded to our AI inference partner during generation, then leaves our systems. If you ask us to redo a headshot, we'll ask you to send one to three new photos.
After thirty days
The image data is permanently deleted. The shoot id, model used, and timestamps stay on file so we can answer billing questions; the images themselves are gone.
On request
You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see the data subject request page. We act within thirty days as required by Article 12(3) GDPR; in practice it is usually the next working day.
