How payment works
You pay before the shoot through a Stripe Checkout session. We support cards, SEPA, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Stripe handles the card data — we never see it.
Receipts
Stripe emails a PDF receipt to the address you enter at checkout. It includes the legal entity name, our VAT ID, the line item, the price including VAT, and the VAT amount itemised. If you need a different invoice format (a B2B invoice with your company name and address), reply to the receipt email and we will issue one.
Pricing and VAT
Prices on the site are end prices for consumers in the EU and include VAT at the rate of our member state of establishment, in accordance with the Preisangabenverordnung (PAngV). Business buyers in another EU member state can request a reverse-charge invoice by providing a valid VAT ID before checkout.
Right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal under §356 BGB is waived at checkout because we deliver digital content immediately and the model run is non-reversible compute. The waiver text is shown above the consent box and again on the Stripe page. We do not charge until you tick the waiver.
